How do I sign up to become a consultant?
Anyone interested in becoming a Consultant can sign up by going to beautycounter.com/join and selecting “Join Now” to enroll.
Does it cost anything to sign up?
Yes, your initial $98 investment includes an Enrollment Kit, which includes a personalized website, access to your back office, customized training platform, a swag bag, a color intense lipstick and everything else you need to start your business strong. Beautycounter gives you a ton of tools to be successful! You also have the opportunity to purchase skincare and makeup bundles for a deep discount (40%+ off; only at time of sign-up) to get your business started!
What are the perks of becoming a consultant?
Beautycounter Consultants enjoy many benefits, including the ability to purchase products at a 25% savings. You’ll receive up to 35% commission on retail sales as well as bonuses and override commissions. Consultants also have the ability to earn special incentives, including trips, exclusive Beautycounter items, and access to invitation-only events.
Do I have to sell a certain amount each month?
There is not a monthly minimum; however, you do have sell $1,200 every 6 months, with $250 of that being New Volume (people who haven’t purchased from you before). The $1,200 (minus the New Volume) does include your own purchases. The easiest and best way to do this is to share a few products with your friends, post on social media what you love about the products and reach out to anyone you know would love Beautycounter. As your mentor, I have created a ton of graphics and helpful tools that have made my business successful since I began in May of 2018.
I don’t like to sell, and I’m not a salesperson. Are you sure this is for me?
Selling is NOT my thing either! But I do find that women value my opinion on things that make their life easier and better. Beautycounter speaks directly to both of those! Beautycounter isn’t just a beauty company, you’d be joining part of a movement. Consultants educate and advocate more than just sell. These products are so amazing that they will literally sell themselves. I enjoy teaching others about the need for safer beauty and giving them a safer option to try. This business is one of the few that offers financial freedom while also having a social impact. It was one of the best decisions I made when I joined!
Is there a discount for consultants?
Yes! Consultants get 25% off retail pricing! Additionally, some consultants sign up only to get the products they love at a discount! This is brilliant if you don’t have the time right now to dedicate to hosting social events, doing training, etc. Then, by sharing a few products with close friends and family, you can easily hit that $1200 mark in 6 months. I have several consultants who joined to “try it out” and literally carried products around and people asked them about them! Trust me, your friends and family are hearing about Beautycounter and our efforts everywhere, so why not have them purchase from you?!
How do you learn about the products if you don’t have them or can’t afford them?
Beautycounter has some great training sessions that start as soon as you sign up. You can learn all about the products straight from the creators themselves. Additionally, I can help answer any question you have! We also have a larger Facebook group for our region and this has been invaluable to me as I’ve had questions about products or client questions.
