Fit for Fall Workout

If you live in the Midwest, you know that last week it was almost 90 degrees. Come on summer…I’m over you. Anyone else?

I am a Christian mom and wife with a desire to build and grow a fitness business while connecting with others looking to change their lives. I live near St. Louis, Missouri and am, of course, a huge Cardinals fan! I love anything to do with coffee, shopping and running.
