While my specialty is high intensity interval training, that doesn’t mean high impact! You can get a great workout in without jumping or putting stress on your joints or areas that cause you pain. Some common areas that show signs of stress on our bodies are our knees, feet, and wrists. There are modifications for all so you don’t feel like your only option is to not exercise.
