I have loved being a WAHM (work at home mom).  I feel like I get the best of both worlds.  I get time every day to be a mom, helping Liam go potty, play in the yard, and go on trips to the grocery store or Chick Fil A for ice cream and then time for me to train people who love working hard on their fitness.  I never dreamed I’d be able to do both!

I truly believe I am worth investing in as a trainer and fitness instructor, but my schedule for classes doesn’t work for everyone’s schedules and that’s a bummer.  While I’ve had opportunities to lead more, I always ask myself if it takes away from my priorities of being a mom and wife, first. This helps me stay centered and focused on my season of life and how I want my business to grow.

So, while I can’t physically be everywhere at once, I can create a program for you to take to your gym, use at home, or on the road.  And I can make it more affordable than even 1 personal training session!
