These tasty treats are easy to make and are super healthy to grab on the go!




No Bake Energy Treats


½ cup almond butter

1 cup dry rolled oatmeal

⅔ cup dried, chopped fruit (dates, cranberries, figs, cherries)

⅓ cup honey or agave nectar (use a little less than ⅓ cup of agave)

½ cup dark chocolate chips (may substitute semi-sweet or butterscotch)

⅓ cup almond or cashew meal (available at Trader Joe’s)


Pour all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix well. Cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour. Scoop a tablespoon size amount out and roll into a ball.  Place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet and set in the freezer for up to 3 hours. Take out and enjoy! (Store in freezer for up to 3 months or fridge for a week.)
