Here’s the last workout in my 4 part series of vacation workouts. Any of these can be done at home or on the road without equipment.  If you are short on time, go through this one, 1x.  If not, repeat 2-3x!

Either way, it’s fun to stay active on your vacation.  It’s so much harder to get back in the groove if you don’t do anything for a full week or longer.  Explore the area you’re vacationing too!  Take a walk with family, go swimming, or book an excursion depending on where you’re at.
